Will

In 1845 William made a will. He left his entire estate to his wife Mary and onwards to his daughter Ann.
Included was the freehold to 32 Marine Parade, Brighton. Ann was to receive £50 p.a. whilst Mary survived.

The executors were his friends George Walker, Upholsterer, Ship Street and John Warner, Grocer, North Street. The witnesses were William Parker and Thomas Walder.
